Hills of Texas Homes is a full service homebuilding and remodeling company that can help the clients through the entire building process

Some of the services provided as part of our building procedure:

• custom plan design to fit individual needs
• personal oversight of entire project by Todd and Jack Stephens
• Decorating assistance by Joyce Stephens throughout construction
• Full set of construction drawings

Although we typically design and build homes for our clients based on mutual designs that we implement, we can and have built from other designs such as architectural designs or designs purchased from other home designers (on internet, from catalogs, etc.)

We welcome clients to bring pictures and ideas to us in any form from magazine articles to personal photos to hand drawn sketches on napkins.  Todd and Joyce personally meet with the clients and begin designing from any and all items brought to them from the clients.

Todd Stephens is proficient in Autocad and can generate preliminary floor plans based on the desires of the client in a matter of a few days.
